What to send, and where

Everything goes through email, at reier.clothing@gmail.com. Written contact leaves a trail you can point back to: the order number, the photo and the answer sit in one place, and you keep your own copy of what you sent and when.

  • Anything attached to an order. A return, a wrong or damaged item, an address that changed before it shipped, a question about a size. Put your order number in the first line and add a photo if something arrived wrong. That is usually enough to settle it in one reply.
  • Cancelling inside the cooling off period. One clear sentence saying you are withdrawing from the purchase is enough. The exact wording, the deadlines and who pays the return postage are on the returns and withdrawal page.
  • Post. If you would rather write on paper, the address is Dorpsstraat Holysloot 7, 1028 BB Amsterdam. Returns go to that same address, but read the returns page first so you know what to put in the parcel.

There is no phone line. One inbox that is actually read beats a number that rings out, and it means the answer you get is one you can read back later.

Timing

If you are cancelling an order

A cancellation counts from the day you send it, not from the day we get round to answering. You have 14 days to change your mind, and a clear message inside that window is enough: say in plain words that you are withdrawing from the purchase, and keep a copy of what you sent and when.

The full procedure and every deadline is on the returns and withdrawal page.

Saves a round trip

Before you write

Most questions need one extra detail before anyone can actually help, and asking for it costs a day. Put these in the first message and there is usually no second one.

  • Your order number, from the confirmation email. Without it we are searching on a name, and names are not unique.
  • Which item, and which size, if there was more than one thing in the order.
  • A photo, if something is damaged or wrong. One clear shot of the item and one of the label settles most of these in a single reply, because it saves us asking you to go and look.
  • The new address, if that is what changed, and whether the order has already shipped.
  • What you want to happen. Money back, a different size, or just an answer. It is a faster conversation when we know which one you are after.
Faster than writing

Already answered

Three questions come in more than all the others put together.

There is no contact form on this page, and that is on purpose. A form needs something behind it that actually receives and answers, and a form that quietly goes nowhere is worse than no form at all. A plain mail link shows you exactly where your message went, and you keep a copy of it yourself.
